Inauguración de la exposición individual comisariada por Moritz Neumüller.

It Is What It Is exhibits the artistic evolution of Tanit Plana, one of Spain’s most recognised mid-career photographers, from the project Yayos [Grandparents] (2001) up to her most recent series, The Woods of Code, which includes the installation Aquí no hay nada que ver, dispérsense [There Is Nothing to See Here, Please Disperse], made specifically for this exhibition.

In the projects chosen for this show we can see the shifting ways she has envisioned the image over the past 15 years, evolving from a more intimate, direct point of view towards a practice that is more discursive, open-ended and investigative.
